RedKings Teams Up with Microgaming

Poker room RedKings has made a major platform switch from Ongame to Microgaming. The poker site has also joined the latter’s MPN B2B poker network.

RedKings patrons can now enjoy access to a broad range of both online and offline tournaments, exclusive promotions, as well as pooled liquidity on MPN.

Jean-Luc Ferriere, Microgaming director of Network Games, expressed that they are happy to add RedKings to MPN.

“It’s great to be adding another well-known poker brand to the MPN. RedKings are joining a growing and healthy network that is committed to the player experience, offering a raft of exciting tournaments and thrilling promotions. Welcome to the MPN, your new home,” Ferriere said.

RedKings will go live on the MPN network in the last week of September.

The RedKings online poker brand has been well-received by players all over the world. Until recently, the poker room’s operations were managed by Ongame Network. However, news broke that it will close in October, according to Poker Industry PRO last week. Now, the network has, indeed, confirmed it will shut down on the October 15.

As for the MPN poker network, it has seen considerable growth this year because of the addition of several top brands like Betsson Poker, Betsafe Poker, as well as PKR Poker joining the network last March. Now, players moving from Ongame to Microgaming will see more action at cash game tables and enjoy high-value tourneys.
